All Natural Cough Remedy Smoothie

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple (or juice for a less thick smoothie)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 inch peeled piece of ginger
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  1. Place all ingredients into the base of a blender.
  2. Blend on high until everything has processed.
  3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
  4. Good for 2-3 days in refrigerator.
