Instant Pot Shredded Beef Tacos

  1. In a small bowl, mix the tomato seasoning and taco seasoning together.
  2. Place the chuck roast in the instant pot insert.
  3. Pour the seasoning mixture over top.
  4. Lock the lid, close valve, and set Instant Pot to Manual.
  5. Adjust time to 65 minutes.
  6. When time is up, carefully unlock the valve to release the steam.
  7. Unlock lid and shred the beef. It should be very tender!
  8. Enjoy!!!
