With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I thought I would share a recipe for a great tasting healthier version of a Shamrock Shake because we all need some of that in our lives right about now, right! My family loves anything mint-flavored and this smoothie does not disappoint. This Paleo and Vegan Shamrock Smoothie is thick and creamy and is the perfect afternoon pick me up. You may just want to make yourself more than one especially since there is no added sugar…you can feel good about having seconds! I love making this smoothie with this pure mint extract, it is my favorite one to use. Just remember a little bit goes a long way! Paleo and Vegan Shamrock Smoothie

- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 banana, frozen is best
- ½ avocado
- Small handful of spinach
- 3 pitted dates
- ½ tsp mint
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Place all ingredients into the base of a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
