In a microwave safe bowl, place the green candy melts and microwave for 1 minute.
Stir well and microwave for an additional 30 seconds if needed to completely melt smooth.
Dip each cookie into the green melted candy using a fork. Tap any excess candy off on the side of the bowl. Let dry on a piece of waxed paper.
Continue doing the same with the large marshmallows.
Once dry, dip the bottom of one dipped marshmallow into the green melted candy (may need to slightly re-heat the candy) and place it on top of each dipped cookie baking a hat.
In a plastic ziploc bag, add half the bag of yellow candy melts and microwave for one minute.
Massage bag with your hand to mix melted candy.
Cut a tiny corner off the ziploc bag and carefully make a yellow line (the ribbon) around the base of the top part of the hat.
Let cool completely and enjoy!
