Oatmeal Creme Pie Creme

Ingredients
  • 1 7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • ½ cup coconut oil (in a soft not liquid state)
  • ⅓-1 cup powdered sugar (or more to make a creamy filling consistency!)
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix the marshmallow cream, salt, and ⅓ cup of powdered sugar together with an electric mixer, slowly add more powdered sugar until the filling is creamy.
  2. Spread between two oatmeal cookies. Enjoy!
