Baby in a Tire.

| Filed Under: Adventures with Kids

We took a little trip this weekend.
All 5 of us.
A first for our family.
We even stayed overnight in a hotel.
And then the kids woke up at their usual hour…what the whaaaaat?
{Sleeping in on va-cay, that’s for the birds.}
Then we went and put our baby in a tire.
Props to you if you can figure out where we went.
XOXO,

You were in Moline weren’t you? We keep on talking about it but haven’t made it there yet. My son would just love the John Deere Museum!

I was just going to say that since you live in Illinois, (I would only know that because my husband works for them) Hope you had fun!

You didn’t go to MN – we still have snow on the ground! I’m so tired of it! Super cute shot of Elouise. Ethne

I’d say you went to visit a farm, but that wheel is much too clean for that. 🙂

I love how she admires her daddy. Great picture!

I knew it had to have something to do with John Deere tractors. 🙂 So cute! – Karen

Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago? They have a pretty awesome John Deere exhibit. Parker loves sitting in the giant tractors pretending to take them on a sweet ride.

Oh my gosh Eloise is so cute! How come she’s getting so big?! I’m hoping one day our kids will make up for lost sleep when they’re teenagers wanting to sleep all weekend. 😉

We just went on our first little mini weekend vacation the weekend before as a family of five. Having three kids three and under and traveling is sure interesting… especially when the oldest gets car sick. ugh….
I hope your trip went smoother than ours! We had fun while there… the traveling part is rough though.
I wish we were near a John Deere museum.. my son would flip.
We traveled to the Strong Museum of Play in Rochester NY. Was a first and might have been a last… at least until we get this motion sickness under control.

I was going to say the John Deere museum in Moline, IL too. I go by there all the time but never have stopped. Maybe I can take my grandsons one day.

What a cute picture! You are so brave to take a family vacation already. My kids also get up way early, regardless of where they are. It stinks!

I think I have a picture of myself in that tire! It’s the John Deere Museum in the Quad City area.
