4 Ingredient Almond Butter Bites Recipe {Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Grain Free}

| Filed Under: Dairy Free, Dessert, Gluten Free, Paleo, Recipes, Reviews

This post is part of my work with Madhava Natural Sweeteners for their Kids Sweet Kitchen campaign. Although this is a sponsored post, all opinions are my own, as always!

Over the years I have learned that having four growing kids in our home means having four mouths to feed constantly. They always want to eat. Like All. The. Time. I feel like I am forever making, baking, and cooking to fill those 4 hungry little mouths, thank goodness I love to do all of the above! Having healthy snacks to pack in their lunch and to eat after school is definitely a priority for our family. And now that we’ve been in school for a few weeks I have been busy creating lots of fun treats for them to eat that are filling and healthy like these 4 Ingredient Almond Butter Bites, you are going to love them!These little bites of heaven are super healthy and only have 4 ingredients, y’all! Plus they are gluten free, grain free, and dairy free containing only natural almond butter, desiccated shredded coconut, Madhava honey, and some melted chocolate chips…which are optional!

I really try to use natural sweeteners in the snack recipes I create for my littles as much as I can as it just makes me feel better feeding my kids pure products that are chemical and preservative free as I know that they will fill their bellies with them as soon as they get off the bus. Madhava products are just that, I love that the company is dedicated to sustainable practices, and their honey is organic and 100% pure and raw which makes this momma feel good!

And guess what? Madhava is currently running a contest until September 30, enter a photo of your kids, nieces, nephews or loved ones with a sweet treat into the Kids Sweet Kitchen contest. At the end of the Entry Period, the ten (10) entries with the most votes will advance to the review round to be considered to receive the Grand Prize package.  One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the top 10 entries by the Madhava Panel and win a Madhava Baking Kit worth $300!

Bonus? They are picking weekly winners across all of their social channels too! Simply tag them using @MadhavaSweet or #MadhavaSweetKids.  Read full contest details and enter for your chance to win here: bit.ly/MadhavaKidSweetKitchen.

And now for that recipe, I hope you love it as much as we do!

Such a simple and healthy recipe…the best kind of all, am I right! All you need to do is place all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and mix until well combined. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Then roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place onto a piece of waxed paper.Place a cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and cook at 30 second intervals until melted. Then dip each bite into the chocolate and place on the waxed paper until the chocolate is cool. Or if you aren’t feeling too chocolate-y just drizzle it over top! Mmmm….delicious!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you enjoy this recipe!

Love,
Maggie
