A First for the Babe.

We got ourselves into this mess this weekend.
It was fun.
I think she liked it.
There were lots of little hands ready and waiting to help feed Eloise her first rice cereal.
There was lots of ‘my turn‘…’me, pick me mom‘…and ‘I want to do it too‘.
I think the older siblings may have been the hardest part, hah.
Good helpers they are.

My Little E loved his first bites of rice cereal. I couldn’t shovel it in fast enough for him 🙂 We tried squash for the first time recently and he totally didn’t like it. Scrunchy face and everything. It was hilarious. Now carrots, he liked 🙂

Don’t you just love when they use their hands to push the cereal into their mouths too. He tries to help grab the spoon as well.

No older siblings to help though. Just me and my hubby. Though I am sure his cousins will be a good stand-in for the lack of siblings (ages 20, 14, 11, 10, 7, and 3).

Hello! I just stumbled upon your blog and am loving it. Our daughter’s name is also Eloise! She is almost seven months old. There are not many Eloises in the world, so I get a little (or a lot) excited when I hear of another one.
