And This Little Piggy Went to Market…

I just got back from our local farmer’s market and I just have to say how much I love it. Even though it’s still early in the season, I was able to score some great yellow squash, zucchini, and musk melon. I love how there is a meat guy who sells there too. He has eggs, pork, turkey and beef products and they are all natural which this momma loves. On his Eggs sign it states: Cage Free eggs, Grass Fed, Free Range, No Wing Clipping (and of all things) No De-Beaking, I have never even thought of this one but it sounds horrible and I’m glad he doesn’t do it. I bought some nitrate-free bacon and some all natural baby back ribs. I figure I’ll grill these up for Father’s Day tomorrow, doesn’t that sound good!! Maybe, I’ll try to post some pictures of how everything turns out. I can just smell them now, so messy but so good…YUM!
