This is such fun way to tell your kids or your significant other you love them and you are thinking of them on Valentine’s Day (or any day of the year!!!) If you love silly animal puns you are going to love these Balloon Animal Love Notes! They are just so cute and those little faces on a balloon just make me smile…and are so easy to draw on the balloons, promise! Imagine placing these balloon along a banister or at the kitchen table when they wake up in the morning. Or better yet, mail one in a box to send a smile to someone you love! These are definitely one of my favorite Free Valentine Printables, hope you think so too!
Balloon Animal Love Notes
To make these Balloon Animal Love Notes you will need the following:
- Balloon Time Helium Tank
- Latex balloons in colors of your choice
- String for balloons
- Card stock in colors of your choice
- Scissors
- Marker
- Tape
I love the Balloon Time helium tanks because they are super easy to use and you can fill a party’s worth of balloons with just one tank! Just twist the green handle to the left, place a balloon on the black nozzle tip and press the tip upward to fill the balloon. Easy Peasy! Fill as many as you would like to make love notes for and tie a string to each one.
Next you can print out the FREE Balloon Animal Love Notes. I created four different Love Notes and put two of each on the printable. Print them out on 8.5 x 11″ white card stock and cut apart to tape the string of each balloon. You can click this link to get the printable: Valentine Love Notes
Or if you just prefer to print out select Love Notes, click on the four images below to save them to your computer and print out individually!
Once you print them out you can fill in the “TO:” and “FROM:” information! Then grab your card stock! Depending on which animals you are making you can draw triangles for the dog or cat ears, ovals for dog ears, and/or an oval for the pig nose! Then cut them out and tape them to each balloon.
Lastly, grab your marker and draw on the eyes, nose, and mouth. I made mine really simple cartoon caricature features because well, that’s about as good as I get!
And there you have it! Super cute and super sweet! Perfect for letting loved ones know you are thinking of them!
