For the New Babe…

| Filed Under: Things I love

So I went and bought the new babe something a little bit ago, I had to, it was like there was this magnetic force pulling me towards my computer and Amazon.com.
I bought one of these sweet Sophie the Giraffe teethers, well actually two as I figured any toy/baby product that I adore and therefore my little babe loves usually ends up lost, left behind, or eaten by our dog…smh.
Having received the teethers only a few weeks ago, I am already in love with them…seriously just as cute in person as in the picture, I swear.  They are also made with natural rubber, the details are painted with food paint, and they are BPA and Phthalate Free which gets this momma’s seal of approval for sure but the big kicker is that the little squeaky sound is super cute–not annoying like so many others we have had in the past, holla!
Oh, and I realize that Sophie is a girl giraffe but even if the baby is a boy I figured he wouldn’t care anyways, right?  Babies just love something to drool on.  Anyways, I just wanted to share a little something I went and bought recently, I am getting so excited for this little one to arrive even if it is 5 months away 😉  If you want to buy one to you can get it here!
Happy Weekend-ing!
XOXO,

Aww!! My little guy LOVED Sophie. He had to have her constantly. Even now (he’s 21 months), he smiles when he sees her! And you were smart to buy 2, we left ours a friends house for a week…it was a long week!!

I scoffed at Sophie due to the (what I thought to be) outrageous cost, and then my sister-in-law gave my little guy one. He totally loved it and then lost it (of course!). Needless to say, I ended up spending the cash and buying him another one. Now my second little boy loves it too, and so do I!

My twins love Sophie, even now at over a year old. My husband calls it the “dog toy” though since it squeaks. :p

My baby loved her Sophie the Giraffe. The same manufacturer does other natural-rubber teethers too which are really cute and less well known – look them up, they’re called Cham, Pie and Gnon. Very cute and a bit softer and easier to squeak than Sophie!

I kept wondering what was so special about these, but I put them on the registry for our twins anyway. Glad to know someone has gotten them and loved them!

My one-year-old was just gnawing on hers this morning! It is looking a bit worse for wear these days, but it is just as adorable as ever!

Cute site by the way. Today is my first time poking around. 🙂

Thanks for reminding me about Sophie, I was just trying to decide what to buy a friend that just had a baby and this even goes perfect with the jungle theme nursery! I sure hope I get one of these for my baby shower this May! So cute and so many rave reviews!

We love Sophie at our house. When my older daughter was tiny, the kids would actually try to snatch each other’s at playgroup! Pretty much everyone ended up buying one.

Yeah! I have one too. It is just too darling. When are you due? Are you having a boy or a girl? I think we must be pretty close in due dates. I’m due 7/1 (and it’s a girl)
