My littles and I spent a couple hours yesterday making Valentine’s boxes for some friends, it’s such a fun activity to do with my 8 little hands. They helped stamp bags and tape them up with washi tape while I filled them…we are pretty good assembly line worker bees! We thought since we love making (and eating) chocolate fondue so much that maybe they would too! And so our Valentine’s Day Fondue Kits were born!
These are super simple to make, especially with the number of Valentine’s themed goodies in store these days! We packaged up some melting chocolate in one bag, about 1 cup’s worth per family. Then I found these cute strawberry flavored marshmallows that we thought would be so yummy to dip into the melted chocolate. I also packaged up some cute heart themed paper straws to use as fondue sticks!!!
We put all sorts of different Valentine-y sprinkles, heart shaped red hots, and candy coated chocolate pieces in little bags so they could roll their dipped strawberry marshmallows in them and make the perfect bite of fondue!
So much fun! Now off to pass them out…the best part!!!
