With all the sunny and warm days we have been having, the littles and I have been spending tons of time outdoors. Ahhh, our happy place! It’s always so much nicer when we can get outside and ride bikes or walk to the park, burn off some energy, and breathe in some fresh air. And of course with any outing we do, I always bring snacks. They are the perfect solution for busy moms like me who want an fun and easy to eat, non-messy snack that travels well (think road trips!) A quick snack that I can just grab and hand out to the kids for on-the-go snacking. I love that I can just throw them in a bag and pass them out as a special treat when the kids get hungry.     So far summer hasn’t officially started for one of my kids since she opted, voluntarily, to do 2 weeks of summer school. Usually we spend a ton of time outdoors and at the beach during the summer so once school is out completely for her that’s where we’ll be.
