Now that the majority of the bigger pieces of my new studio have been completed (thanks to my husband!) I have finally started thinking about the walls. They are still undecorated, not a shelf, not a frame, not even a fabric embroidery hoop has been hung yet. I am just not sure about placement…so stressful, lol! So in the meantime I figured I would try my hand at creating my own printables to hang on the wall. I love printable art because you can hang it up with some washi tape instead of nails, then I don’t have to freak out about things being permanent at this stage. I wanted something bright and cheery that not only spoke to me but about our family. I decided on, “Love Builds a Happy Home” because I think it is so true. Love is really all you need.I decided to use a variety of different fonts with a major word on each line to make it really eye-appealing and I loved how it turned out! I created one in a really bright and cheerful yellow and another in a happy orange because I just couldn’t decide on colors. You can get the Orange Printable here: Love Builds a Happy Home-FREE Printable ORANGE

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
Thanks for stopping by today.
Love,
Maggie

Maggie~For hanging simple pictures and hooks on your walls, use 3M’s Command Strips. I am not a decorator and also used to freak out about hanging things in the wrong places. Now I hang anything I want to — subject to the Strips’ weight restrictions — knowing I can remove and rehang them at any time. Heavier pictures will still require nails and such, but Command Strips can handle an amazing range of items. You can find them at Joanns, Walmart, Target, and hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot,
