Hello, friends!
Happy 2014 to you all!!! I hope your New Year has started off on the right foot, I know ours sure has!
I know the blog has been quiet during the holiday break but for good reason! Well, first I wanted to spend a bit of quality time at home with my littles who are on winter break from school (only 2 more days, holy moly it went by fast!) But also because I have been working hard behind the scenes to move my blog over to a new address!!

Did you catch that? Yup, no blogspot.com anymore!! Simple and straightforward is where it’s at peeps!
We also spent a lot of time changing up the look of the site and I hope you love the fresh, new design. We updated the logo up a bit, added a few more pops of color, and the layout? oh boy, we sure did change that!
You’ll see that the nav bar is a bit different…there are drop down menus, something I have been dying to implement and probably my most favorite new feature!) There is a Recipe Box (if you are a Ziplist user!) and the Recipe Index and Tutorial sections are broken down into lots of specific sub-categories so hopefully the site will be much easier to navigate and search for what you are looking for, yayyy! There is also a link to my Etsy shop which will now be focusing more on selling pretty fabrics and scrap packs with the occasional ready-to-ship dress.
I hope you love my new site, I know I sure do!

Oh, and one more thing! You may want to double check your RSS feed, blog readers (like feedly and bloglovin’), and emails to make sure you are still getting my updates. We have been working really hard to make sure that the move will be seamless but sometimes glitches occur and I want you to be aware of that.

Seems great to me, except that I can’t seem to use caps at all when commenting or typing on the site. Hmmmm. Caps aren’t important though.
