Oreo Brownie Bites {A Recipe}

| Filed Under: Dessert, Party Food, Recipes

I received a very awesome Recipe Pack from Signature Brands in the mail the other day.  It was chock full of lots of sugar-y goodness, including all the necessary ingredients to make these amazing Oreo Brownie Bites…
Ya wanna make some too?
I know you do…how could you turn down these chocolate-y, chewy bites of utter goodness?
Yeah, I didn’t think you could.
Oreo Brownie Bites
Recipe Type: Dessert
Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 15 mins
Total time: 25 mins
Serves: 48 bites
Ingredients
  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pouch Original Creme Oreo Ultimate Icing
  • 8 crushed Oreos
  • Betty Crocker Icing Decorating Tips
Instructions
  1. Prepare brownie mix by mixing together with the water, vegetable oil and eggs (basically, follow the box’s directions).
  2. Add the 8 crushed Oreo cookies and stir until combined.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into each mini cupcake liner.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let brownies cool completely.
  5. To decorate brownies, place icing tip down inside cooled brownie and pipe until icing comes out.
  6. Then continue to ice the top of the brownies using about 2 teaspoons of icing per brownie.

Start by grabbing these ingredients…
Mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil and water.
Add the crushed Oreos and mix until just combined.
Resist the urge to take a lick 🙂
Line a mini muffin pan with cupcake liners and drop one tablespoon of batter into each mini cupcake liner.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes…then let cool completely.
Next grab these neat-o icing decorating tips if ya got them.
They fit perfectly onto the icing pouches…cool!
Then, place the tip into the center of each brownie bite, pipe icing into the center and then swirl the icing on the top…easy and pretty!
Oooh, look how cute these look!
And yummy too!
By the way, you have got to try this Oreo Icing…it’s so good.  It’s like eating a bag full of double stuff Oreos but minus the chocolate cookie part.  Who needs the chocolate cookie vehicle when you can just squeeze the goodness right into your mouth from a nifty pouch.  Yeah.   Awesome.  The Original Creme Oreo Icing is one of the newest flavors of icing from Signature Brands…beat that.
Now listen up folks!!  Come back tomorrow if you’d like to win your very own Recipe Pack from Signature Brands so you can get your own stash of Oreo Icing and all the ingredients you need to make these ridiculous Oreo Brownie Bites and a few other fun recipes.
Awesomeness Awaits!
XOXO,

STOP! That looks so good! I think this would be on my Mother’s Day list of yours. A few of these, coffee (and of course none of it sticks), a mani/pedi, a good book in the sun and a glass of wine with dinner. (Hold the other WHINE all day 😉
