The Best Paleo and Vegan Shamrock Smoothie You’ll Ever Have

| Filed Under: Beverages, Breakfast, Dairy Free, Dessert, Gluten Free, Paleo, Recipes, St. Patrick's Day

With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, I thought I would share a recipe for a great tasting healthier version of a Shamrock Shake because we all need some of that in our lives right about now, right! My family loves anything mint-flavored and this smoothie does not disappoint. This Paleo and Vegan Shamrock Smoothie is thick and creamy and is the perfect afternoon pick me up. You may just want to make yourself more than one especially since there is no added sugar…you can feel good about having seconds! You can find this smoothie and many more in my Smoothie Recipes archives too, enjoy! (affiliate links present)

I love making this smoothie with this pure mint extract, it is my favorite one to use. Just remember a little bit goes a long way! I also love that the sweetness for this smoothie comes from dates and banana…no added sugar means I can feel that much better about giving it to my kids. 🙂 If you are looking for more great smoothie recipes, try my Dairy Free Chai Tea Smoothie or my Orange Julius Smoothie. Both are big hits in my family…and kid approved!

Paleo and Vegan Shamrock Smoothie

Soooo good and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! Paleo Shamrock Smoothie

If you would like this smoothie a less creamy, just add in more dairy free milk! We love using a good almond or cashew milk in this recipe.

I honestly wasn’t sure about this one but it turned out really delicious! We like it on the sweeter side so we added a touch more banana and mint extract. Thanks!
