Panasonic Cordless 360° Freestyle™ Steam/Dry Iron Review

Is it weird for me to say I am super excited to share this post with you today? Because this post is about the most awesome iron I have ever met. For real. I was asked to review the Panasonic Cordless 360° Freestyle™ Steam/Dry Iron and even just looking at the picture in the email I knew it was going to rock my world. The worst thing about ironing (for me, anyway) is always having to stand in such a way that I can iron my project without getting the cord in the way of the iron. So this iron, with no cord attached, is magical!!!Panasonic Cordless 360° Freestyle™ Steam:Dry Iron Review // SmashedPeasandCarrots.com
Panasonic Cordless 360° Freestyle™ Steam:Dry Iron Review // SmashedPeasandCarrots.com As you can see, the cord is located in the base…and it’s retractable, so it doesn’t have to be wrapped around the iron and left to fall apart!! The iron also has a curved soleplate so it can be used in either direction to get in all those tight spots and curves. The water tank is also detachable and you can select the amount of steam you need with a little button at the top, I found there was no spitting or leaks with the tank like my old iron, hooray! It even comes with a carrying case for when you might need to travel with it.Panasonic Cordless 360° Freestyle™ Steam:Dry Iron Review // SmashedPeasandCarrots.com My little Penelope started Girl Scouts this year as a Brownie (it’s too cute!) So I spent a nice chunk of time with my new iron placing all her new patches on her vest. What a breeze it was. And can I say how awesome the Girl Scouts are for making IRON ON patches! So wonderful. Much better than sewing on all those Boy Scout patches!!! What gives?Panasonic Cordless 360° Freestyle™ Steam:Dry Iron Review // SmashedPeasandCarrots.comThe curved soleplate made getting around the hem of the vest super easy. And as I spent a lot of time running to my laptop to double and triple check where the patches needed to be before I ironed them on, I can attest that the iron stays hot when it’s off it’s base for a really long time! Overall, I really like this iron a lot. The only downfall to me is just getting used to the fact that there is a curved soleplate. I am so used to being able to stand irons upright on the ironing table and with this one you definitely have to place it back on the base. It’s a tiny adjustment I will have to get used too but overall I have enjoyed this and that says a lot for ironing since it is something I don’t love to do! 🙂

You can get one for yourself here!

Thanks for stopping by today!
Love,

Maggie
