Hmmm … best handmade gift I have ever received. Not sure I could choose just one, but probably one of the nicest is a handmade room my parents made for me to use in playing with dolls. Not a whole dollhouse, just a room, sized right for Ginny dolls and Barbie dolls and with real carpet on the floor and con-tact paper wallpaper. One of my favorite childhood gifts, for sure.

One of the best handmade gifts I received was a red corduroy coat my mother made for me one Christmas. It was my favorite coat and I was so sad when I got candle wax on the front of it.

The best homemade gift I ever received is probably the video photo montage that my husband made for me with all of the important photos from my life included. There was photos of us dating, our wedding, our first home, birth of our two children, etc….. and then the birth of each of our four grandchildren. I could never receive a better gift that was made just for me from the heart!

The cards and drawings from my kids, I am the crafty one in my family so I am always the giver of handmade and never the receiver, unless it’s from my kids 🙂

My daughter made a poster for me, with candy in place of some of the words. It was fun, but the best part was her loving words to me!
