Southern Fabric Review and Coupon Code!

Have you visited my awesome blog sponsor, Southern Fabric yet?  Oh. My. Goodness.  If you are looking for your favorite designer’s patterns I bet you any money, Aubrey, the shop’s owner, has them in stock for you!

Yes ma’am, she has many patterns available from the likes of Heather Bailey, Amy Butler, and Anna Maria Horner just to name a few of my favorites 🙂

Southern Fabric also carries lots of pretty fabric.  Can I just say how I wish I was Aubrey.  This girl has sooo, sooo, sooo many amazing lines of designer fabric in stock that I would just love to play with all day…so pretty!! And doesn’t pretty fabric just inspire your creativity? A few of my current favorite lines that are in the New Arrivals section in her shop are, Vintage Modern by Bonnie and Camille for Moda.

And Lucy’s Crab Shack by Sweetwater for Moda.  Love, love, love them!

Did you know that Southern Fabric also offers fabric scrap bags up for sale?  Yup, they totally do!  Aubrey sent me this awesome scrap pack of Aviary 2 from Joel Dewberry.  I just love the vintage yellow colorway from this line.
All the scrap bags vary in the widths of the fabric you will receive, anywhere from 2″ to 17″ and are 44″ in length.  The scrap bags contain up to 2 yards of fabric that will coordinate from the same line.
I’ll be back tomorrow with a fun project you can do with a scrap bag from Southern Fabric.  Just to get your wheels turning about some of the fun things you can make from them!  They really are so fun to get…surprises rock 🙂
While your waiting, head on over to Southern Fabric and take 10% of your purchase storewide by including the coupon code ‘ten percent’ at check out!
We’ll talk soon!

I actually met her husband and baby daughter while we were on vacation in Gatlinburg. We were sitting on a bench watching our kids go kart and I noticed the baby’s outfit and asked if someone made it for her and we started talking. He looked at my son’s diaper bag and said “Oh yeah, that’s Funky Monkey by and said he knows waaaaay too much about fabric lol. I had never heard of their site til then but they have some awesome stuff! Thanks for the discount code!

Just a warning here – I ordered two scrap bags, from southern fabric, which stated they were from a particular line. It said that the entire line wouldn’t be included. Well, NOT ONE piece was from the line ordered. It consisted of out of date fabrics like the now unsellable chevrons.
