Thrift Store Fun Finds

I was able to get out and do some thrifting last week!
Come take a peek at what I bought…

Delicious vintage baking dishes!!
Soooo pretty!
I found this sweet little round bowl…

And then this lovely bread pan made it’s way into my heart (and cart!)…

Can’t you just see a loaf of cinnamon bread baking in this little beauty!

I also found this pie plate which has already been used a few times, ahthankyouverymuch!

And I can’t forget this pretty vintage sheet set that is calling to be made into some pretty dresses…

And lastly, I found this rockin’ shoe sizer for a whopping 49 cents!!
How awesome is this find!!
Cause it’s only slightly annoying to go out to buy shoes for your kids only to find out when you bring them home that they have grown a size bigger without even telling you!!
Now I will never be caught shoe shopping for the little tikes without their current foot size again!!
{It’s the little things I tell ya!}
Happy Friday Friends!!

My kids would loved to have had a shoe sizer when they were smaller. They always loved playing with those. What a cool find! I heart the thrift store.

I think I found your blog through someone from Twitter, but I just wanted to let you know that those vintage baking dishes…my Mom still has those!!! She’d hate me to admit that because that just might age her! ;0)

I’m so jealous of that bread pan! I’ve been looking everywhere for one. 🙂

It’s all so wonderful, but I think the shoe sizer has to be my favorite. With a two year old whose foot grows faster than an unwanted pimple (size 9 extra wide at two).

My mom had the white and blue baking dishes. The show sizer is a HUGE bonus. It would be so much easier for moms to have one.

Absolutely love them! I haven’t seen a pie plate before. It has definitely been to long since I had my thrift on. Thanks for the reminder!

Your pictures are always so amazing! I was wondering of you could give a “behind the scenes” look at how you set up your photos?

I also love thrift stores too, but unfortunately here in Italy they are quite unusual…
I like the idea that something (a book, a cup, a bag…) has been already used by another person, and fantasize about its “previous life”… 🙂

OMG…my twin sister and I used to have that same sheet set for our twin beds! YIKES, stuff I used to use is now “vintage”…I’m getting old. 🙂
