Bento Lunch Goodies Review and Giveaway

| Filed Under: Back to School, Bento, Bento Lunch, Giveaways, Recipes, Reviews, Tutorials

I was asked to review some fun Bento lunch goodies from BentoUSA and with school starting in just a few weeks it couldn’t have been better timing. I just love Bento lunches and Bento supplies and if you remember my Bento Lunches Series here and here you know how big my love for all things Bento truly is!

They sent out some super fun products…I loved each one and my kids gave everything their seal of approval as well! Can I tell you how excited we all are for school lunches this year! This will be the first year I will get to pack school lunches…and it will be times 2, for Noah and Penny as they are both in FULL day school this year, eeep!

Up first, this darling Japanese Two-Tier Bento Food Ball in the shape of a Blue Bear.

So cute, right? It comes with two compartments (one on top and one on the bottom) that will fit a good size school lunch of fruit or veggies, crackers, cheese, etc.

The set even comes with this adorable lunch bag, how sweet is that!!!

We also tried out the Small (190 ml) Blue Bear Bento Snack Box.  Like it’s name states, it is perfect for snacks! The little bear lid seals tightly so you won’t have any spillage of foods either!

If you are at all interested in trying to get your kids to learn how to use chopsticks then the Japanese Assisted Training Chopsticks are for you! There is a little movable rubber ring on each chopstick that children can place their fingers in so they can hold the chopstick properly and it won’t keep slipping. Genius!

Another fun thing I was able to review was this neat Sandwich Cutter and Pastry Stamp Kit. I gotta tell ya this was just a blast to play with!

You can cut out the shapes of a cat, panda bear, pig, and a froggy face with the outer piece. Then just use the stamp aspect (the inner piece) to stamp on/and or cut out the animals faces. If you cut out the faces by pushing the stamp all the way through you will need the handy pick to punch out the eyes, nose, mouth and ears. This works great with bread, cookies, sticky rice, cheese, deli meat, etc…a definite two thumbs from us. This set has already had a lot of use in my house this summer and will be sure to get even more use in my lunch making routine this fall!

I also used the inner face pieces to stamp bread and then toasted it so the face stood out…my kids loved seeing that for breakfast!
So how much do you love Bento lunches!!!
