35 grams of protein and gluten free. This one tastes like dessert but still hits your goals. Bread gets cubed, dipped in a protein mixture, pan-fried till golden, then topped with strawberries and chocolate. That’s it.

This is honestly the best high protein breakfast we’ve made so far. Use gluten-free brioche buns to keep this recipe gluten-free. Regular brioche buns work too if you don’t need it GF.

Ingredients
- 2 GF brioche buns, cubed (we used gluten free brioche hamburger buns)
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 8 tbsp Fairlife milk
- 4 tbsp egg whites
- Cinnamon, to taste
Instructions
- Mix the protein powder, Fairlife milk, egg whites, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Dip the cubed bread into the mixture, coating each piece.
- Pan-fry on medium heat until golden.
- Top with strawberries and sugar free chocolate syrup, and finish with powdered sugar.
